Hi everyone, I'm still learning about real estate investing, even if I have owned properties for more than 15 years. Unfortunately, I've made my share of very costly mistakes.  I look forward to reading more here. Maybe or may be not, I plan to get loan in the next few months for an inherited property in North Carolina but I do have dinged credit from past mistakes. I will read more before posting anything more and share my own experiences, the good with the bad.

I won't post much for now - Good luck to everyone and thanks for having a forum with lots of good info. :)
