Since the mortgage clause may need to be updated, the lender/servicer will automatically know that Title has changed.If you keep doing this, in my layman's opinion this forms a pattern where the LLC is your alter-ego, in which case you probably have pierced your corporate veil and now the effort to have the LLC is moot again.

I have yet to find a tenant’s bank that isn’t able and willing to setup up an automatic transfer from their account to mine (same bank or not didn’t matter.)

The Kentucky Supreme Court ordered that all evictions for non-payment of rent will automatically be continued for 14 days from the initial hearing date to give landlords and tenants the opportunity to work out payment arrangements or obtain rental assistance.
