Don't quote me on that- But I'm fairly sure that if it's not professionally managed and it's not multi family it doesn't have to meet compliance for service animals.

With regard to value, we would most likely deal with this by estimating a "cost to cure," in order to theoretically bring it into compliance with zoning. example- we may estimate what it may cost to remove the kitchen in the studio unit and connect it to the 1 bedroom unit again, probably by installing an interior door between them.

And, if you didn’t have the money you could buy them a couple of heaters to get through the first winter.The metal roof appears newer and in good shape.No HVAC.Water heaters are in good shape.The building is structurally sound.No termites at time of purchase.The carpet was in such bad shape I only saved 6 units and the Carpet Cleaner assures me the carpet will come back to life.
