I have not went to view the properties yet so not sure on the maintenance also waiting on the rent roll.

In my view, real estate is an intensely local business.

We are aware of the cost of carrying it un-rented and we appreciate the investor view of unloading unproductive properties.

You will get very frustrated with your results if your end goal is to create SEO through blogging alone.However, there are a number of side benefits to blogging:1) Visitors to your site that you produce in your ordinary course of business will have a chance to view content that educates them about products and services related to your business and gives them a chance to get to know your company.2) You will develop knowledge and expertise in the area that you are writing about.  

However, the vast amount of time wasting "customers" have really skewed contractors views of customer service.

Many people who have waterfront property or a marsh view will be looking at a highway bridge.  

I view Texas as very much a long-term, buy & hold market. 

Mortgage rates are at 50+ year lows, so from a purely financial view, locking up the most amount of money at the cheapest guaranteed rate would be something to consider.
