Hello All, Monday night i went to a RE investing meeting and one of the speakers brought up something i had never heard of before, i know a little about HELOC's, just never used one before... but this idea he brought up just seemed way to good to work..

I have looked myself and brought our guys to confirm budget on the wall repair.I have been looking and analyzing deals for a few months, and the numbers seem to work pretty well on this even though it needs a ton of updating.

I just am trying to understand if when you approach a wholesale opportunity do you literally say “I help buyers get into homes” ?
