Hi, I was looking for options regarding the RTO strategy, when the the bank appraises the home at less then the agreed upon purchase price at the end of your lease agreement?

I agree with you working together is an amazing thing, it gives you access to more capital and in essence the ability to find and secure more deals.

My wife and I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad at the beginning of this year and completely agreed with his concepts and have been immersing ourselves in real estate and passive investing since then.

If you pick up just one side you could file for a partition lawsuit to split your portion from the whole or try to hunt down the other party to make a deal or get them to agree to partition the whole.   

I agreed to do that and they haven’t been late in two years.

I also was wondering if anyone has any experience or knows the process of contractually agreeing with the bank to switch the ownership of the house from ones name to ones LLC?
