I think they only reset when the property is sold.If you goal is to diversify your risk, you may want to consider selling the house and buying properties with more units.If your goal is to get into more real estate, you can achieve that by doing a refinance or selling the property and doing a 1031.

You have lots of people packed into a small space sweating, breathing heavily, and airborne particles going all over the place.Many trainers are going to online sessions now or doing workouts in groups outside where 6 ft distance can easily be achieved but you still workout as a group.If I am buying a retail center or client I do not count revenue for gym and consider it a dark space no matter what the income is showing.
