Once a prospective tenant inquires, we then ask them over the phone about their income, size of family and expected move-in date.Once they see the property and like it, we then go into our qualifications for tenants and the application process which includes any fees and applicant requirements. This is the process our team uses in Queens, New York but I know of agents and landlords that include more information on rental listings so its totally up to you.
