Wholesaling in New York?
I'm new to BiggerPockets and REI in general. A series of very unfortunate events has resulted in me living in New York state. I am trying to break in to wholesaling, I've listened to podcasts, watched all the YouTube, and I think you can legally wholesale in New York. But there seem to be more laws about it or more hoops to jump through etc.
As a new investor I am paralyzed with fear, even without the threat of legal trouble if I make a mistake. Does anyone have any insight in this?
