Does anyone have a good accountant in Southern  California that understand the "Real Estate Professional" designation, property management, and real estate agent interface and how it can all work together? 

You will find a growing population, a diverse economy, affordable housing, good schools and good old fashioned Southern hospitality.

I was originally considering north east Ohio, because of the excellent ROI that can be achieved, but have now developed a new interest in Indiana and even southern states (AL, MS) because of the lower tax rates.

I can easily compare KY, OH and IN which is here we do the bulk of our work but NJ is definitely a different beast altogether.Good luck sir and lmk if you find any pricing.TonyNorthern NJ is totally different than Central or Southern NJ, which is different than the Jersey Shore (which by the way is different depending on which town you're in along the shore line).
