Has anybody heard of a company called Trye Turnkey selling renovated houses in Akron? If so, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Never heard of them... I am guessing that they are a new and or small outfit. Not many folks moving volume in the rental property space in Cleveland area without me hearing about it. Proceed with caution anytime you deal with an unproven entity.
