Some provinces' social development agencies have programs where they will provide various forms of support in exchange for a portion of a building being dedicated to affordable housing.  

From what I noticed - only a handful of companies in my area I found to have a good website, well-managed social media accounts, and conversion-optimized strategies.

The person  I tried last year was not good, did not know basic things like that I did not need to pay social security on the kids salary for a family business. 

I guess I should cut back on that but I'll go crazy not being social - it's tough enough being new in a huge city with a small network.

@Bin Chen Did you set up a separate EIN for your LLC or did you just use your social security # as sole proprietor?

I have a question: isnt self employment tax what pays into social security?

As a broker consider a similar move the things I have realized in RE is that people are so hung up with the social side to real estate that they frequently make decisions that are harmful to them.
