Giving the market a completed package including: a dialed home including light professional staging, great listing photos, creatively written MLS listing, updated termite report and clearance, home inspection report, adding the listing to brokers caravan, circulating a marketing brochure, and setting open houses every weekend until an offer is accepted; we do these steps on every listing.

I believe they referred to D properties as areas with regular violent crime and C properties as areas with regular non-violent crime but virtually no violent crime.
