Learning without it costing us too much going in the red, more or less.With all that said, could these are some properties Zillow threw my way that I'd love some basic feedback on.

When a price is excessively low, like in this case if the lien is in first position, then the low price should be a red flag that something is wrong and you should look for that defect and ensure you can deal with it.  

Added with 2nd story then home sold for 143,000 then forclosed in mar.2015 at 100,359  then up for sale at 69,900 by bankA red flag is that it appears that no permit was pulled for the addition, per county records that I saw online. ...assuming I am looking correctly, that this is in VA and I entered the search correctly.

Victim and blaming language are red flags.

The majority of properties are in Memphis, Chicago, Little Rock, and some parts of Texas. 

This "to me" was a red flag because I feel RE is already risky enough specially for us novice.

Even the first line of the analysis threw up a red flag.
