I want good properties with lifestyle amenities that are hear to stay (in unit washer and dryer hookups, pools if in south, fitness centers).  

Some of my photos include launches or the Space Center, and I have goofy write up material such as “There is a lot of activity at the Space Coast Launch Pad as we prepare for your arrival…” and I give directions on what to do upon “re-entry” such as take out the trash.

Coming here to hopefully find a path forward.The idea centers around the idea of a heat Map or finding hot/cold areas of activity.

We believe this area is still not ready for STRs but the convention center and shopping outlets are close by.
