Here is a duplex in Atlantic City I just put a offer on. This is my first investment property and I'm looking for some advice on the property/location. The numbers look good to me. Especially considering everything within the property has been updated/repaired. I'm also wondering if this would be feasible for STR or if I should just stick to long term tenants. Projected rent is 1300-1400. I figured AC is up and coming and this is a nice low maintenance duplex for a decent price with good rent. Not sure about the tenant pool though. Any helpful advice/opinions appreciated!
