Hi All, Question regarding owner financing, is it possible to do owner financing if the property owner is a foreign national?

The Honduran institutions I've spoken with won't lend to a foreigner, and I'm having trouble finding options here.Anyone here have experience in funding an International deal, or know someone who could weigh in on this?

Much of the institutional money in Cincinnati is also invested in these areas which can allow for some alignment.

An advantage of a national, as you're seeing,  is you don't have to close it and start over if you relocate in the states. 

It's a great group and since it's national you can meet people in your own community AND you have support and feet on the street in other markets, should you choose.  

Buffalo has some of the oldest housing stock in the nation, so you really need to have an eye for asset condition.
