I would just mention that its not really good LP etiquette to air dirty laundry on the internet.

Then, was the plumber a "real plumber" or was he a handyman? 

During that time, we washed laundry, ran the sinks, flushed toilets, etc.

Two separate kitchens, laundry units, entrances, and living areas.

The owner was renting it out and after the tenants were gone so was he.

The rising rates will wash out all the rookies and scaredy cats.

You will have to figure out cleaning/laundry between guests.

I didn't mention that I do run a pressure washing company for about 8 months during the year where I generate a decent income, this is considered a self-employed income. 

I make sure to do a drive by at least every 2-3 weeks and if there is an option such as a laundry room or common area I go in and look around.

Even if the grout is sealed, the tenants do not care enough to clean the mess in a timely manner, the stuff in it will stain the grout and with the chemicals and pressure wash the seal will fade/go away.
