This is my first post, Ill make it short.This is a 2/1 SF home, needs only a exterior paint job and new carpet, at the end of the current tenants lease.

I'm just trying to be more efficient and fast because as an investor  I want to have a "pipeline of projects" to flip, to make a living and if I just do it systematically like analyze  100 properties,  make 50 offers a month , then I think ill get at least 1 deal , right?

Ill defiantly look into the financing. 30year would put us over that 100/door mark.

For simplification, Ill use round numbers.

I will like to get a cashed out mortgage or a line of credit base on the rental i make yearly any tips thank you.P.s my credit use to be 780 but since i took the funds out my score drop to 560. ill like to put on mortgage or line of credit so i can pay my credit cards and get a high score again. and happen my bills with ease
