I don't mind gambling a small fee to each interesting property to discover whether or not there is a problem, but to stumble into a million dollar liability will end me.

(Little old ladies, etc) How You Explain ItSorry for the build up, but the truth is, you don't.  

I did have to evict a lady who worked at a Pot farm (she was just a deadbeat), but that's about it for me :)

Put an inexpensive little crystal chandelier from overstock.com in there and watch the ladies squeal with delight ;)

Dimon, et al. feel that it is their right to gamble totally unregulated while still being backed by the tax payer if their bets fail? 

Just got a call from a lady in SO FL. who is definitely interested in buying the property that is attached to her house back yard on which I own the tax lien for and it is mature.  

Not to stereo type but my sellers have been older ladies, single or widowed. 

I was advised by many to get a lawyer about the lady who sold it to me not disclosing the condemning of the house but I couldn't afford that.

At one point I got SO frustrated, when my first really potential contract sign, the lady just vanished after telling me she will sign... man.. that did a real number on me.

So I also have a good understanding/ability to learn the numbers side, as well as a never-ending gambling itch to scratch.I hope to get more involved in the BiggerPockets community while linking up with somebody to learn from in the Madison area.
