My friend owns a property in a desirable area and wants to sell. 

I don't think ill buy another MFG home in Tennessee, its just a bit tougher product to sell as they are less desirable, and the values tend to be much lower than a site built SFR.

What are some websites/services that allow you to plug in specific characteristics of desired properties (for example, "I want to see a list of all properties in ______ area that are only 3 bed, 2 bath, 1000-1200 sq ft and owned by LLCs) and you are given a report of those properties.

I would also stay on the west side of the university as the neighborhoods are much more desirable in the event you can't rent out to students.
