You need a very focused keyword list with Ad copy that speaks to your potential leads.Online leads are completely different then direct mail leads.

.:) ).Most towns tax assessor website will be easy to use and you just have to look at the properties and see if the mailing address is something other than the property.

You know if they are an investor if their mailing address is different than the property address.

Upon further investigation there were 2 structures on one parcel at one point and that parcel was split at one point and the garage apartment became its own parcel but with the EXACT same mailing address (not 1/2 or anything).
