I'm leaning towards holding onto the property but taking some equity out of it to start developing a small portfolio, but multi family and syndication are two options that I plan on digging into a little deeper before making a decision.

So, with due diligence, before I completely dipped my head deeper in debt I needed to check things out.

I won't go into the issues of consumer lending and someone saying their loan is a commercial loan, that goes much deeper in loan classifications than simply trying to define a commercial loan as proceeds funded for any business purpose.

The Town of Vienna has strict regulations and I caution you to do your research and really understand local codes before diving into that market especially.

Well I called the administrator of the recorder myself to verify, and explained everything and my concerns, and she very well, after digging deeper, had the same concerns as well.
