If it's a package loan it seems like it would be more involved to refi or sell one of the four in the future because each was offered as part of the collateral.

So bottom line contractor owes you money.. lumber supplier has a legit lien most likely and you will pay twice for the framing lumber.and by the way 7500.00 for framing lumber for a house is soooooo cheap if that was the entire framing package we pay 30 to 50k for lumber and truss's for a 2k to 2500 foot home out our way..
