RV Park Investing Feedback
I am looking at acquiring an RV park, some things I have come across is that many of sellers are open to seller financing. Every RV park owner I have come across is a mom and pop shop and the RV park sale is basically their retirement package.
1) What the operational challenges?
2) Anything to be weary about and look out for specifically while acquiring RV parks?
3) 10%+ cap rates seems too good to be true, especially in in the stabilized parks. Please update me on what I am missing here.
