In precovid Chicago it took 6 month to evict and 2 years to foreclose, I'm sure other big blue cities had a similar timeline.Now you will probably have to double that time.Let's say they lift moratorium tomorrow, red states will be moving through the process much faster, blue states will take the longest.So there will be no critical mass hiting the market at the same time.
