Newbie looking for advice on my first deal

Hello, I'm excited to say I'm a newbie as a investor and to BP forums. I'm located out of Saint louis looking in B rated markets. I believe I have found my first deal! I did the BRRR calculations atleast 10 times on this property. Adjusting for the worse, avg , and best case scenario. The numbers are coming out great, but I want to make sure I plug in everything correctly and didn't miss anything. Where can I turn for help? Thanks BP Fam!
