My property lease term gets over in early Feb and I need to offer the tenants a lease renewal, and it's a bit of a crystal ball gazing right now, because I need to offer them the terms based on how I foresee the market in the Q1 of 2020!!

The first one tends to be the most difficult, build the team, the system and let the ball keep rolling!

I've been trying to get this ball rolling for months but I've been very reluctant since I tend to overthink everything and feel like my money won't get put to good use if I don't make sure this is damn near perfect.Anyway, I know some may be terribly bored of reading or even responding to this topic but but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for on BP and I also wanted an updated answer.

had an ac drain leak and had some sheetrock/paint repairs to do. also rented some remediation equipment. took 3 weeks to get the work done (ran into contractor who dropped the ball on the repair).

Finding it hard to get the ball rolling.

Two weeks is not a long time for a listing to jump in with a low ball offer. 

So I was watching a sandwich leasing video by Kris Krohn on YouTube and kept on hearing about how many of the guests on the BiggerPockets podcast started with owner financing to get the ball rolling with their RE investing.  

Get the ball rolling or you’ll be sorry .
