Can I FHA loan inspector or appraiser be sued for approving a house with structural issues, Bought a house a few years ago thinking that the FHA wouldn’t approve a house that had structural issues after I purchased it I immediately realized that wasn’t the case

Hey @Nicholas MannSubmit your offer along with:-comps-pre-approval letter-proof of funds-proposed date of inspection (if applicable)-attorney info (to show you're ready for the contract phase)Offer price doesn't always dictate a strong offer, its showing them that you are serious and ready to move forward.That being said, if you know this could sell for 520K and that # makes sense to you, I wouldn't go too far below that # in hopes of getting a counteroffer.Best of luck to you moving forward!

Lived in one side for a year, then moved out to move into another investment property I owned free and clear and moved in a long term good paying tenant I knew from years of experience in property management. 5 years later that tenant was approved to purchase and is buying another flip we are due to complete in April.

There are areas where rentals won't get approved because of too much blight but your bigger concern is finding section 8 tenants who are going to want to live in a 50-70k house when they have the option to live in a 100 - 130k house.
