In my small city (70,000 or so) we have a university with about 20,000 students with a nursing school, hospital, and obviously several mid size employers that I’m sure have people travel into this area for business purposes.  

For the past decade, our team at Rent to Retirement has been helping investors navigate this process effectively with BP.

This is most important in states where licensure is optional.

-Should I get an inspector that is very familiar with FHA loans to help me decide what needs to be done in the rehab/remodel process so it will finance FHA?

What is the typical way to price something like this?

I'm pretty sure this is allowed within California based on articles by CRES Insurance, but unsure about how to send clients to other state realtors as a finder.My question is: If I make agreements with realtors in various states outside California, can I send them clients and collect finder fees?
