I love hospitality but I have to admit after living their for 2 plus years we became tired of always playing host to everyone. 

Tired of someone trying to "sell" me on the best deal ever.

They're tired of the big city after 40 years in North Dallas.

My client is tired of managing out of state properties and wants to invest locally. 

These guy's are the real deal, I know they must've of been tired but they stayed and talked to so many people,even stayed 1 1/2 hours later.

My wife and I were tired of paying too much in rent and value the financial flexibility with the property.

The broker wants to know you're doing more than just kicking tires.

However, the tide is turning on that, led by the airlines who are tired of idiots bringing their emotional support peacocks (true story), hamsters, and possibly elephants on to airplanes. 

The reason why agents out there are nt getting back to you is there are a LOT of tire kickers that reach out to them that never ever do anything. 

I was tired of working for someone else, I barely had any money saved, had a bunch of debt, and definitely not enough money to even pay for the mentorship in full.
