I received a nasty text message at 8:00 pm from a guy claiming to be a supervisor and I will retype it exactly as it is on my phone errors included: "Hello Valerie, this is Arno, I am a supervisor here at WCAP.

Construction sites are a high hazard zone and there are workplace accidents on constructions sites constantly.

Ive been a Maintenance Supervisor for 20+ years, have owned a pizza shop, have done rehab work, etc.

Do they have a maintenance supervisor who oversees/ QCs contractors?

That way the supervisor could also certify time and attendance (for our situation) and be able to say he/she knew when employees were working.I did, and my supervisor did, spot check calls to see if we were working.

It's a turn key property next door to my workplace.

Living in the Bay Area is very difficult with its high cost of living, high mortgages, cut throat competition in the workplace, working long hours. 

If he was the maintenance supervisor, it would be easier to demonstrate.
