Hello all!

Im a new real estate agent and new to Bigger Pockets. Ive been a Maintenance Supervisor for 20+ years, have owned a pizza shop, have done rehab work, etc. Im ready to start investing for myself and some local partners. I think the BRRRR method and flips is where we want to start and progress from there. Ive been listening to the podcasts, reading investing books, analyzing deals, etc.

Im on the eastside of Columbus, Pickerington area in OH.  Lots of opportunity here.  

Just wanted to say HI!  See if anyone has advice or wants to make connections?
