At another property with just the sidewalk I let the tenants take care of it, but the liability of these steep stairs makes it too important for it to be haphazard or me having to scold them to shovel and salt the walk and steps.I know in snowy areas people with houses contract plowing for the winter at a flat rate.

If you just want to build your cash reserves then flipping is the way but just be careful - that too takes a lot of work and research to make sure you don’t lose money.

I don't know if you are referencing our 4.7 star rating on Google or 4.8 on BP or our 74 NPS rating over the ~1,200 loans we closed last year, but our customers are pretty clear, Loanbidz customers are very well taken care of.
