You may want to keep the camper, buy a home near the beach, and stay in the camper on the weekends when you have Airbnb guests.

I was able to get a job on a gov ship through my union in Baltimore that allows me to be home and have weekends off which allowed me to have time to move closer to my goals.

Only herself will be living in the new residence and daughter in college probably spends summer and weekends in the residence so it is not a large household.  

They look at a snapshot of success and don't realize the years of brutal hard work it took to get there.I have spent SO MANY nights and weekends getting off my day job and racing to a rehab site.

I'm taking a trip up to Baltimore this weekend to view a few boarded up row homes my client and friend are looking to renovate and turn into long term rentals.

And while i haven't seen it reflected in the monthly reports, from helping some house hacking clients and some other first-time buyers in Denver lately, I can feel the market heating up -- more homes going in the first weekend, more going for over asking, more multiple offer situation. if you're breaking even, then great.
