I use travelers for almost all my STR policies. pretty solid insurance and good price

As for where to go, you need to decide what markets you would like to travel to and then narrow down from there.

Your thinking must align with the travelers, and often experienced-based thinking will take you much further than value based.So, let's say you are looking to enter the STR market and don't know what to look for in a winning home. 

I am a traveling healthcare worker and my two major goals are buying multi family properties and going back to school.

So if you build a manufactured house and upgrade everything to 2 x 6 exterior, 16" on center, 2 x 4 interior 2x8 subflooringupgraded to Wind Zone III, trailer hitch wheels removed and set as a permanent structure on n a permanent concrete foundation.

I am wanting to do a midterm rental, focused mainly on travel nurses and doctors.

These are not on trailers.

We work in the healthcare field and aware of pay cuts to travel nurse salaries and contracts.
