I have 3 walls that do need a full coat, maybe even some kilz to cover some pretty dark marks on white walls.Will primer, or even 2 coats of paint cover those marks, probably caused by bedframe rubbing :roll: on them?

I put a coat of primer, usually Killz2, and then I shoot 1 or 2 coats, depending on the condition of the original wood, of an interior latex with a satin finish.

I know that pex tubing has slightly thicker walls than copper, but that doesn't really seem like it would cause water to leak of out the tub spout.

Being that we are all grown-ups here and trying to succeed in the real world, I feel that sugar coating advice as to not offend anyone is a silly waste of time for busy full time investors who are offering free advice based on their experiences.I do not mean to offend you in any way (dangit, I just sugar coated it) when I say I feel you need to consciously make an effort to toughen up!

@Tyler Flagg I have to agree with everyone on the floors your best bet will be to replace them, also a good coat of kiltz on the walls will help eliminate some of the smell.
