Brokers are always looking for good talent to add to their roster.  

For the next 3-5 years I am hoping to do 1 or 2 A-class flips per month.After that, I'm surrounding myself with millionaires in the stock market and taking my talents elsewhere :) Thanks for the comment, best of luck!

I just completed a deal in the bombed out part of Alliquippa PA, its a great little town for turning out NFL talent but it is a pure war zone for real estate. 

There is a huge shortage of skilled labor as the oil and gas business has sucked up everyone with any talent.

Doing it because "I already have one created and it adds a layer of protection" is very much a shoot first, ask questions later type of scenario.There are many talented individuals both on Bigger Pockets and probably in your neighborhood who you can retain for guidance on these very complex issues.

I, of course, am extremely biased about how talented he is, but I can say that the majority of his clients keep coming back to him and trust him as they know he is honest, fair and darn good at what he does.Due to our mutual love of homes and real estate, rentals are a natural fit. 

My last suggestion,  which may be obvious, is to hire the most talented people you can afford after rigorous vetting, and to pay competitively so they stay with you.

However for me, If having to choose between someone who simply exhibits talent and a person who adds to that authenticity and transparency, I would pick the latter.

Maybe we need to look at high end flips as where our talents and craftsmanship would be better reimbursed..... there I go again working in and not on the business its hard when that is all you have been taught. here the numbers on the house we are currently working on:bought for $47,500 rehab 55K and ARV 165k we have hard money on it we did 2 points and 1% a month. we pay 4-5% agent fees.Thank you for taking time to read and reply again any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated!
