I, of course, am extremely biased about how talented he is, but I can say that the majority of his clients keep coming back to him and trust him as they know he is honest, fair and darn good at what he does.Due to our mutual love of homes and real estate, rentals are a natural fit.

Maybe we need to look at high end flips as where our talents and craftsmanship would be better reimbursed..... there I go again working in and not on the business its hard when that is all you have been taught. here the numbers on the house we are currently working on:bought for $47,500 rehab 55K and ARV 165k we have hard money on it we did 2 points and 1% a month. we pay 4-5% agent fees.Thank you for taking time to read and reply again any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated!
