All of a sudden, owner doesn't pay a couple grand in taxes and loses his home?

Ultimately, if you suddenly become uninterested in Real Estate or if some other field peeks your interest, it is best to have a college degree to fall back on.

All of the sudden your fee can seem like a bargain to an investor when they look at the bigger picture.
