Has anyone been successful with rentals without windows?

@Tom OchiengI would reach out to a real estate attorney for specific advice on this situation since you already have one tenant who is being difficult.On a side note, when I have inherited tenants, I have been most successful when I have provided longer non-renewal notices, like 60-90 days, and offered to assist with moving costs.

Technically yes, but your odds of success are very slim and your potential will be very limited.

I hope you don’t have friction with your partner because the money got ahead of the work.I’ve had some success hiring workers for the day at the prices the gcs pay them $100-200 but have had my fair share of misses here too.

Hello All, As MTR is a somewhat newer strategy, but with few very successful MTR investors I haven’t found too many potential partners.

We have been working in the affordable housing space for some time, and this allowed us to partner with the local community and provide a housing solution they need as their city continues to expand with new jobs they are successfully bringing to town.

Caring about the quality of the housing you offer and the way you treat tenants, does more for tenancy success than caring about their source of income (assuming it is legal and verifiable, which S8 is).
