I also ask for referrals, I do not just choose the first one I see that has a handful of five star reviews.Tenants: As long as your screening criteria is where you want it to be (my preference is rather high), your lease agreements are rather air tight, and you keep an open line of straight forward and honest communication you should not have too many issues with your tenants.

But the basics as I recall are straight-forward ... if supply is low and demand is high, prices go up.

Keyword being SECURE and ALL PARTIES...you can get a lender on their portal and a title company on theirs, but there is no one place that everyone accepts as a "hub" to communicate that is not specific to a company.

Yeah this wouldn’t be just a straight forward contractor agreement, he’d have more of a partner scope (ie brings deal, cash to rehab, etc).
