It loosens the restrictions on AADU and DADU units in certain zones.They will be actively monitoring the permitting and use of the units. 

I have a 20 minute slot to fill and I need someone who's an expert in building a SFH portfolio, multi family, mobile home parks (MHP), syndication, or someone who does large asset financing.

ADU/DADU/Rent by room/Subdivide/..... are all different forms for what we typically do to get decent cash flow for our properties.I do a lot of rent analysis on a daily basis, and many of the turn-key properties will not get you decent cash flow numbers.

You should always looking into single family houses or multifamily, as there is an actual land that you own and potentially build ADU/DADU in the foreseeable future. 

Hi Brett it sounds like you have slot of great options and southern NH /north shore are still affordable areas to invest.

Are you looking into house hack or just pure investment properties, or development like building potential DADU/ADU on an existing units?

My go to strategy, without knowing much about you and your place, would be to subdivide the land, build the most dense and attainable housing possible on the new land, keep the existing house and add a DADU on the existing lot if possible.So many options!

I actually have two lots available that are DADU eligible. 

Currently we have six conventional mortgage slots taken, so we are hoping to add a new property each year for the next four years and then our primary should be paid off giving us another slot. 

So you want to setup 1 or 2 time slots and tell everyone who's responded to your ads to come to 1 or the other.Once you start taking applications make sure you run a complete background check.
