Prime Oregon beach homes are a limited asset class regardless of inventory levels and there is little to no new construction development occurring. 

I live in the Virginia Beach area, but I'd be happy to chat about the market and the construction loan options that are available (lots of challenges with these) and of course a mortgage broker is who you ultimately want to talk to about loan options based on your goals!

And there is no silver platter or smooth path ahead.

There is a ton of new construction because developers are having to start moving away from the beach areas.

Santa Marta has nice beaches but that has already been built up almost Rio Style.

I remodeled many old Craftsman houses in an exclusive little beach town in SoCal.....Every single one went from closed-off to open concept and ended up looking better.

It is a 1500 sqft 3 bed 3 bath condo about a 5-minute walk to the beach. 

@Chris Seveney, If you had paid $20k for a "mentorship" you could have made $100 million by now while working 4 hours per week (The 4 Hour Work Week) while lying around the beach in front of your $10 Million condo and your Rolls Royce with 3 bikini clad 19 year olds at your beck and call.
