The difficulty will be serving them without knowing a forwarding address for them (which they know I'm guessing), but you can hire a skip tracer, process server, or often even the sheriff's office to help with this service.

Also, I have had issues in the past where the company I sold for shut down unexpectedly and had bad tech support for email servers, so that's a no go.

After he had sent over the appraisal website to place an appraisal order to "Lorenzappraisal.com" I looked up their website registration information as well; they too were registered only in December and are using the exact same host, the exact same domain registrar, and the exact same name servers.

It's either that Google's mail server has filtered it due to your mail server being "flagged" as a spam host, (The company you use to send your mail also has other clients that do send spam, so everything coming from that ip is filtered) or enough people that have signed up here at BP have failed at REI and got tired of the reminder.

I would advise paying the $75-$85 to have a process server serve him the "notice of non-renewal," because that will be the legal document you would use to file for eviction on, and if that is wrong, then you have to start another 120 days.

@Kevin Buckley Hmm, that must have been the 5-day late notice, because those must be certified mail, but the 14-day is separate and must be delivered by "process server methods", and can't go by certified mail.

The reason the right click is coming up so artifacted (unclear) is because the server is sending it to you at image quality 55 vs 100%.Maybe it works for other pics, but these pings, this is the best they will look at 55.I suppose it save bandwidth and $$$ over time though.

Get the Calif Notice of Termination http://lawlibrary.org/download/65.pdf (you'll need this in court) and use a Process Server to deliver it.
