DealMachine and direct mail can work well, but consistency is key.

An assistant can do most everything that you need done and they work directly for you rather than a property management company that has several clients and you’re just one of them.Also, again, depending on the location of your properties, have you considered doing a lease with the option to buy?  

One-person rental units are in the highest demand, and co-living directly appeals to this market.

Many of my clients begin there, then transition to direct bookings once they’re comfortable.

Industrial buyers probably didn’t like it because they didn’t want MHP and self storage and vice versa.  

If you give your co-living home a name and vision statement, then tenants will take pride in their house and prospective tenants will be able to self-filter.4.
