If the developer's Purchase Agreement allows, you could have a Realtor list your townhouse on the MLS for sale.Otherwise, some Brokers belong to several hidden or secret Facebook groups in which we can advertise properties for assignment sale.

That's all wholesaling is, it's brokering real estate except instead of being up front & telling the distressed seller that you'll sell their property for X amount & take X amount as your commission / fee you are taught to lie to the seller & pretend you are going to buy the property while you secretly attempt to "assign" your contract.It doesn't work.

@Dimitri PaspalarisI definitely recommend leaving your money where it's at unless you know some secrets that others don't know...the stock market will always inevitably go down, and eventually back up, I personally wouldn't recommend trying to pull out and do other things with the money on the outset of a typical downturn.
