And if I feel that the client will be subject to too much rework, just for the reason that they don't like the color or what not, that's a waste of my time also, i have schedules to keep, and every delay is a domino effect to the next.

Minor scratches and scuffs on the wood flooring were not brought up on the inspection since they are cosmetic but she’s using the inspection now to leverage us to do additional work.Also, she’s asking for everything that came up in the inspection to be completed including: minor tile repairs, attic stairs replace hinge, leak in exterior house faucet, columns with minor wood rot all be replaced on front porch, ventilation in one bathroom shower needs to be reworked or rewired, a board on the new deck be properly installed- current one is slightly bowed.Are we to give in to all her requests?
