Give in to all sellers requests on inspection?

My team and I just got the buyers inspection report back and she is requesting a lot of things now that are and are not on the inspection report. Minor scratches and scuffs on the wood flooring were not brought up on the inspection since they are cosmetic but she’s using the inspection now to leverage us to do additional work. Also, she’s asking for everything that came up in the inspection to be completed including: minor tile repairs, attic stairs replace hinge, leak in exterior house faucet, columns with minor wood rot all be replaced on front porch, ventilation in one bathroom shower needs to be reworked or rewired, a board on the new deck be properly installed- current one is slightly bowed. Are we to give in to all her requests? Is there no give and take? We are already discounting off of list price and offering some closing concessions. Anyone have experience on this end of the deal? We are working in Maryland. Thank you
