Ok I guess we differ on this one aspect.. one thing is certain there are tons of fake lenders out there. 

A property profile has at least the following factors.Property type: Single-family, multi-family, condo, townhouse, etc.Configuration: One bedroom, three bedroom, one story, two-story, lot size, age range, garage size, etc.Location: Where the tenant segment is renting today.Rent range: How much is this segment willing and able to pay.Notice that I did not select any aspect of the property.

People who have already been in real estate in your area will have an idea of the best people to hire for both aspects because they've been doing it longer. 

For development, like she mentioned, the Urban Land Institute has online courses on various aspects of development, as well as on financial modeling for R.E..

I do understand that most people do not think that way, But as I said, I have had people make remarks like that to me Like any trade, to do it properly and thiroughly, you have to have the right tools and cleaning products, and you have to have knowleedge, so not to ruin the materials used for tubs, etc.

This is a slower way to grow your capital but you can learn about how syndications work and decide what aspects of the business appeal to yup strengths and resources.

So usually no complaints from a bank on that aspect unless maybe you're at a small Savings and Loan or Credit Union.   2.

There are companies out there that manage the whole process for you, which I am considering, though until now, I have really wanted the understand all aspects of the vacation rental myself.
