BRRRR seems to be the best bang-for-my-buck (if done right) since you can essentially recycle your capital over and over.

EVs are decades away from being practical, they need to figure out how to 1)  not rape the environment both during the building and recycling stages, 2) get the costs down and 3) provide a serious power supply for them that does not rely on fossil fuels.

This way I can recycle my money faster to build my portfolio.  

I also love looking at RE deals, syndication deals and analyzing stocks...so that will never stop...and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner.I don't think 3-5 years is realistic, especially considering where we are in the RE cycle.

Then quit your job, and keep recycling through the LOC to fund rehabs, either flipping or through the BRRR method.

It also means a large load of recyclables to the depot.

We had to take it out because the freezer was filled with meat, eggs and milk.

Now when I rent the garages (not the recycle/bicycle garage which is included)  I  specify the lease is for the duration of their tenancy, it is only for them,  it is a no work garage (i.e. no oil change etc).

So, if grandma sees cookie crums on your mouth, just admit it and ask for forgivness and what can be done to make her happy, if you play your cards right, she might give you another cookie with milk!

We pay for water/sewer and garbage/recycle service.
