I also love looking at RE deals, syndication deals and analyzing stocks...so that will never stop...and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner.I don't think 3-5 years is realistic, especially considering where we are in the RE cycle.

Now when I rent the garages (not the recycle/bicycle garage which is included)  I  specify the lease is for the duration of their tenancy, it is only for them,  it is a no work garage (i.e. no oil change etc).
